Overview
Carbohydrate may increase exercise performance, endurance and provides energy. With just the right types and amount of carbohydrate, not only energy levels and enhanced performance are supported, but carbohydrate also facilitates nutrient transportation and absorption in the body. The added carbohydrate mix also contributes to the palatability and greater consumption of the sports drink. The added electrolytes like sodium and potassium replace what is lost through sweat. Recommended use
Encourage your child to start sipping the KID. Sports Drink as soon as the warming up session begins. Drink on a regular basis, ideally a few sips every 15 to 20 minutes, especially during activities lasting longer than an hour. Can be alternated with water or KID. Zero Sugar Sports Drink.
